Clayton Mullins is an advocate for the necessity of quality early childhood education, and recognises the significance of the formative years of a child. He has high value for the individual uniqueness of each child, as well as for the role in which education environments influence a child’s learning and development. Mr Mullins holds a Master of Arts in Education from the University of London. He has experience with lower income groups in South Africa, as well as with children in elite private schools in multiple settings. Mr Mullins has also worked as part-time lecturer with Higher Diploma in Early Childhood Education students, at the Yew Chung Community College, (now known as the Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education). Mr Mullins values the importance of growing teachers’ potential, as he believes this ultimately positively impacts a child’s education and development.
